Beef Taco Bowl – Mission Brown Bag Chips

Beef Taco Bowl


1 cup coarsely crushed Mission® Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
1 lb. ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
1 (1 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning
2/3 cup water
3 cups purchased shredded coleslaw mixture (containing red cabbage and carrots)
1 cup chopped green leaf lettuce leaves
¼ cup purchased salsa
½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
4 Tbsp. sour cream
4 Tbsp. purchased guacamole


In large skillet brown ground beef with onion until beef is no longer pink; drain fat and return to skillet. Add taco seasoning and water; cook according to package directions. Remove taco meat from heat and stir in coleslaw mixture. Divide meat mixture evenly into 4 bowls. Top each bowl with ¼ cup lettuce, 1 tablespoon salsa, ¼ cup tortilla chips, 2 tablespoons cheddar cheese, 1 tablespoon sour cream and 1 tablespoon guacamole. Serve immediately.
