Cranberry & Roasted Garlic Cream Cheese Dip

INGREDIENTS

1 Bag Mission® Thin & Crispy Tortilla Chips
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup warm water
2 Heads roasted garlic
8 oz. Whipped cream cheese


TOPPINGS

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

Soak the cranberries in the warm water for 20-30 minutes until they begin to plump up. Bring Cream Cheese to room temperature. Remove skins from roasted garlic and mash into a fine paste. Fold cranberries and roasted garlic into the cream cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve in a bowl with Mission® Tortilla Chips Thin & Crispy.
