Mission® Strips Tortilla Chips
1 cup Sour cream
4 oz. Cream cheese, cubed
1 cup Jarred roasted red peppers, drained and patted dry
2 Garlic cloves, roughly chopped
1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
½ tsp. Salt
¼-½ tsp. Cayenne pepper
6 Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced or chopped
In a food processor combine sour cream, cream cheese, peppers, garlic, paprika, salt, and cayenne. Process or blend until very smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with basil.
Serve with tortilla chips.
