Spicy Avocado Pico de Gallo

INGREDIENTS

2 Tomatoes, large, diced
1 Avocado, large, pitted and diced
½ Red onion, diced
1-2 Jalapeño or serrano peppers, stemmed and minced
⅓ cup Cilantro, finely chopped
2 tbsp. Fresh lime juice
2 Garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp. Salt, or to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

In a medium bowl stir together tomatoes, avocado, onion, peppers, cilantro, lime juice, garlic, and salt. Let sit 5 minutes, taste, and add more salt and/or lime juice if needed.

Serve with tortilla chips.
