Mission® Strips Tortilla Chips
8 oz. Tomatillos, husked and roughly chopped
1 Small onion, roughly chopped
4 Chipotles in adobo sauce (1 can)
¼ cup Cilantro, roughly chopped
1 Garlic clove, peeled
½ tsp. Salt
½ tsp. Sugar
In a food processor or blender, combine tomatillos, onion, chipotles, cilantro, garlic, salt, and sugar. Coarsely puree, leaving the mixture slightly chunky.
Transfer to a bowl and stir in enough water to loosen the mixture to a salsa-like consistency (up to 2 tbsp). Taste and add salt as needed.
Serve with Mission® Strips Tortilla Chips and enjoy!
